A Personal Message from Keith Welcome to Everett Equipment! For more than 30 years, the equipment industry has been a big part of my life. What started as a career grew into a passion, and somewhere along the way, a dream began to take shape. Like most dreams worth chasing, the road isn't always easy. There have been challenges, setbacks, difficult decisions, and moments that tested my determination. There have been losses that taught me valuable lessons and victories that reminded us why we started. Through it all, one thing never changed — my belief in what we could build and how I wanted my customers to feel. The name Everett means more to me than most people may realize. Everett is my middle name, a name shared by my brother, uncle, cousins, and generations of men in the Gay family. It's a name that has been passed down through the years, and one that I'm proud to carry. When the time came to turn this dream into a reality, choosing the name Everett just felt right. It represents my roots, my family, and the generations that came before me. My hope is to build something that not only honors where I came from, but becomes something worth passing down to the generations that follow. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with some incredible people, many of whom have become lifelong friends. I've learned that the true measure of success isn't how many pieces of equipment you sell, but the relationships you build, the promises you keep, and the reputation you leave behind. I've always believed that your word should mean something, your handshake should stand for something, and the way you treat people matters long after the sale. At Everett Equipment, we bring decades of experience and a genuine understanding of this industry from the inside out. From equipment sales to parts, service, financing, and the everyday operations of a dealership, we know what it takes to run a business responsibly and take care of the customers who depend on it. We understand that selling someone a piece of equipment is only the beginning. Standing behind that equipment, providing dependable service, and being there when your customers need you is what builds lasting trust. Everett Equipment is more than a business with our family name behind it. It's the result of years of hard work, lessons learned, sacrifices made, and a dream that was never given up on. Being born and raised in South Georgia makes this opportunity even more meaningful. This is our home. These are our neighbors, our friends, and the families and businesses that make our communities strong. We know firsthand how important local businesses are, and we believe that when a community supports its own, everyone has an opportunity to grow. As we begin this new chapter, we know that building Everett Equipment into everything we envision will take more than our own hard work. It will take the trust and support of the very community we're proud to call home. We don't expect that support simply because we're locally owned. We know it has to be earned, and we intend to earn it through honesty, integrity, hard work, and a commitment to doing what's right, even when no one is watching.
